Berlin Global Forum 2026

The Berlin Global Forum 2026 (BGF 2026) is organised by the Organisation for Global Peace and Sustainability (OGPS) and will take place in Berlin, Germany, from 6–9 November 2026. OGPS describes the event as a global platform for leadership, diplomacy, policy dialogue and international collaboration, with 175 participants expected from more than 100 countries.

The forum is designed for students, graduates, young professionals, researchers, NGO and development practitioners, social entrepreneurs, activists and others interested in global change. Applicants may come from any academic or professional background, and previous international conference experience is not required.

Programme themes include peacebuilding and conflict resolution, sustainability and climate action, youth leadership, global governance, diplomacy and cooperation, inclusive development, global citizenship and social innovation.

Participants are expected to take part in policy dialogues, global panels, interactive workshops, leadership labs, youth-led case-study exchanges, networking activities and a guided cultural experience in Berlin. Participants who complete the programme receive an OGPS certificate and are introduced to the organisation's global alumni community.

OGPS offers several participation categories. The Fully Funded and Partially Funded seats are competitive, whereas the paid Forum Access and Self-Funded categories are described by OGPS as guaranteed upon successful registration/payment.

• Applicants from all nationalities may apply.
• Pakistani applicants are eligible because there is no nationality restriction.
• The official BGF page states an age range of 17–47 years.
• Applicants may come from any academic or professional background.
• Applicants should have an interest in global issues, leadership or sustainability.
• Basic English communication ability is required.
• IELTS, TOEFL or another formal English test is not required.
• Previous international conference experience is not required.
• Suitable applicants include students, graduates, professionals, NGO/development practitioners, researchers, policy enthusiasts, social entrepreneurs and activists.

For the 25 Fully Funded seats, OGPS lists:

• Round-trip airfare support.
• Hotel accommodation.
• Visa-support documentation.
• Daily breakfast.
• Meals during programme days.
• Guided Berlin city tour.
• Workshops, discussions and networking opportunities.
• Full access to all forum sessions and activities.
• Delegate kit and official programme materials.
• Certificate of participation.

Other Funding Categories

The programme also offers:

• 25 Partially Funded seats: accommodation, visa-support documentation, breakfast, programme-day meals, city tour, programme access, materials and certificate; airfare is not included.
• 25 Forum Access scholarship seats: programme access and selected event benefits without the full accommodation/airfare package.
• Additional paid Forum Access and Self-Funded places are also offered.

The current Fully Funded application form requests the following information and materials:

• Full name.
• Email address.
• Nationality.
• Gender.
• Date of birth.
• Current profession/role.
• Country of residence.
• City of residence.
• Information on how the applicant heard about BGF 2026.
• Profile picture upload in JPG, PNG or JPEG format, maximum 2 MB; the visible field is not marked as mandatory.
• Scholarship Motivation Statement of 250–400 words explaining why the applicant wants to join BGF 2026 and how the experience could support personal, academic or professional growth and positive impact.
• Payment information for the application-processing charge.
• Agreement to the OGPS Refund and Cancellation Policy.
