European Youth Assembly 2027

The European Youth Assembly 2027 is an international youth leadership and policy forum organised by the Center for International Policy and Sustainability (CIPS), a Canada-based organisation focused on youth engagement, policy dialogue, sustainability and international collaboration.

The Assembly will take place in Amsterdam, Netherlands, from 17–20 March 2027 and is designed to bring together students, graduates, professionals, entrepreneurs, researchers, academics, youth leaders and changemakers from different regions and sectors.

Across four days, delegates are expected to take part in expert-led discussions, policy conversations, workshops, roundtables, leadership sessions, networking activities and speaking opportunities. Topics highlighted by the organiser include AI, innovation, sustainability, human rights, European affairs and emerging global policy challenges.

The programme offers several participation routes. There are 30 Fully Funded seats, 20 Partially Funded seats, 50 Free Assembly Passes and 150 Direct Access seats. Funded seats are awarded competitively, while Direct Access places are available on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability and payment.

Pakistani applicants are eligible because the official eligibility section states that EYA 2027 is open to applicants from all countries and regions.

For the funded application, the official form currently requests:

• First and last name as shown on passport.
